Food Pantry Stats

There are so many families being impacted by Generation Food Pantry. In 2023, we passed out over 600,000 pounds of both perishable and non-perishable food. That’s over 13,000 families that have been served! Our team of over 50 members will serve over 35,000 people this year!

Tax Credit

Generation Food Pantry is a 501(c)3 non-profit Qualified Charitable Organization (QCO). The state of Arizona provides a tax credit for individuals and married couples who make contributions to QCO’s. Parties making cash donations to these charities may claim dollar-for-dollar tax credits (up to $421/yr for individuals and $841/yr for couples filing jointly) on their Arizona Personal Income Tax returns.

Credit eligible contributions made on or before the 15th day of April, following the close of the taxable year, may be applied to either the current or the preceding taxable year.

The Arizona Department of Revenue has assigned a five digit code number to identify each Qualifying Charitable Organization. Contributions to Generation Food Pantry, for Arizona tax credit purposes, can be documented on Form 321, which is included with the Arizona income tax return.

Taxpayers must use QCO Code: 22321, to claim tax credits for contributions to Generation Food Pantry.

Include AZ Form 321 with your taxes to claim charitable the contributions to Qualified Charitable Organizations.
